Yup! It's a little different to the Bubbler in Splatoon 1, this applies to all team members. I liked Echolocator in Splatoon 1 quite a bit and Tenta Missiles in Splatoon 2 if that says anything.

I'm going to be hurting at work tomorrow.
So psyched for Splatoon 2 and the great OT. Spent most of my lurking days on the original OT.
When I randomly dropped in a lobby with ryechu, Azure J, et al., I shit myself. I held my own well enough to get some adds and playing with those folks brought the game to the next level.
Hope this OT stays strong before everyone leaves for Discord (again).

Just ordered the Splatoon 2 download code off Amazon, the verification page wouldn't load, now the order just says it's 'Pending Verification'. It's going to stay like this for days, and then reject my order, isn't it?

I bought eShop cards because I read here that it'll unlock 11 PM central time in the US. There's no option to buy and preload it. What's up with that?

I'll be honest, in both Splatfest's I kinda just mained the Dualies because I wanted to see the new weapon so I didn't realise that they changed that! Not sure on the Dualies yet, I think that once I get more tailored abilities I'll warm up to it.

You get the costumes. The huger your fresh meter is the faster the costume parts unlock.
Just wanna make sure there's nothing wrong with the Switch. Strange if Nintendo didn't put in surround sound in a 3rd person shooter. And BotW has nice surround sound
Some people are saying firmware 3.0.0 messed up the Switch surround output. Have to go back and check BotW.

Well you bought a solely Japanese version, so I was just wondering.
That error means that you're trying to redeem a code from a different region than the eshop, as far as I know.

Playing story mode first will help. Sensitivity depends on the person. For me default has felt fine.

When you go buy food from Sean, one of the stats on the right panel will be "X Remaining". This represents the number of matches that the bonus will last for iirc.
It's cheaper on the South Africa store. Works out around £39.
But otherwise it's out in the UK but I can't think of a valid reason to pay more.
There's no need to create a new account either, just change your region on mynintendo.com buy the game from the eshop using your bank/credit card and then change back

First time playing Splatoon and just got to the second zone. I think its the first TPS where motion controls are better than the standard sticks. I tried to go without and it just cant shake the fiddlyness of the Switches analogues. You either over swing your target on higher sensitivities or take forever to turn when on lower. Meanwhile if you use the motion controls you can literally snap to targets.
