As for the number of matches played... no. I don't think Nintendo has ever shared such data. When they announced this Splatfest they shared the total number of matches played online since launch, but nothing specific to Splatfests, no.

I'm surprised at how much Flight won in win percentages. I figured I just had freak luck with how often I won vs how often I lost. The popularity being more evenly split isn't as surprising to me though. This was a pretty good theme that seemed more evenly split than Mayo vs Ketchup for sure.

For Splatoon 1 I think the only times they combined the results from separate regions were for the Spongebob/Patrick and Callie/Marie splatfests.

This is the first time they've done it for Splatoon 2, but the player pools were also combined (Europeans could play on the same team as NA players). I can't remember if they also did that for those in Splatoon 1.

Seeing Popularity first always puts the losing team in a scary position, since they have to flip wins on both Team and Solo. I expected a loss by one of those.

This has to be karma: many people just hate Pearl because how she looks and to punish them for being mean Pearl will win all Splatfests.

My second victory. The few times that I chose Callie's side in the first game she lost. Then I decided to stick with Marie and we won the important ones.
