Splatoon |OT2| Prepare to Dye

Damn. Just lost a turf war match I had 1156p and went 10-2 in. By like 13%.

Wow. Definitley worst team I've had.
 
Been playing for at least two days. I honestly have not have any of the problems mention here outside one or two dc, most when I am trying to connect to a room, and people dc on me. Although, more than once, my entire team dc on me, leaving me the lone ranger against the other team. It ended as you might expect.

I do have a question. I can't find a gun that I am completely comfortable with. Despite my best efforts I can only average 700-900 point per game. I am new so I did not except to breaks the thousands, but is there a game that has a fast firing rate so I can cover the ground faster. I also want a gun that takes advantage of my ninja squid skill and having a slight immunity when in an opponents' ink.
 
Finally managed to get to A+. Was trying to get to A+ 99 got up to A+ 84 and just had a streak of bad games afterwards. I think I'll take a break from splat zones and try and learn the motion controls in turf war as I feel they'll ultimately have a higher skill ceiling.
 
I'll never see A Rank at this rate. :lol

I've been stuck in B for the entire day, fluctuating from B- to regular B, getting close to B+ and bollocks happening.

Just.

you sound like an aerospray squid, though to be honest basically every weapon benefits from ninja squid and ink resist
 
After god knows how many hours, it only just occurred to me to NOT aim at my target while charging the splat-charger (unless I'm herding them into a lane that my allies control).

I keep learning basic tricks in this game and slapping myself for not figuring them out sooner.

Have you tried the regular Splattershot Jr.? It's the most forgiving weapon in the game, and it gets benefits from any ability. If you've tried any weapons, it'd be good to know how you did with them!
 
Oh my god I just had a match where I killed the entire opposing team one after another in like 5 seconds. So good.

Done that once with only 20 seconds or so to go in the match, swung the game in our favor. Getting an ace that close to the end is so devastating.

The roller isn't overpowered you're just not good enough yet to handle it, especially with the splattershot Jr.

Have you by chance tried using it?

Ehh, you're using a gun that is about equal with the roller in PvP. Its really just that they weren't good.

We were already kind of dominating the match and I was swimming around wondering where their team was. I came out of one of the rows in port mackerel and they were all right there bunched together
