Brush is much easier to use than the Nozzlenose. You just spam the button occasionally. With the Nozzlenose you have to press it all the time if you want to shoot ink.

Assuming the NA splatfest isn't too unbalanced, we'll pretty much have a glimpse at preset teams. So if you're in a team with someone you know, you shouldn't leave the room and you'll be able to play with them on your team for the whole rotation.

Man, I played so bad tonight. There was this backwards-hopping Dynamo Roller named Kerry who just drove me crazy. Weird thing was, he joined my game at least 3 times but he wasn't on my friend list. Another guy repeatedly joined a couple times, so it felt like I was in the middle of another forum's game. And then Vecks, GuySloth, GWX, and jet eventually joined and it got even more crazy...

Yup, Splatoon definitely set a bad precedent. While Smash stuff was very much optional, Splatoon is basically "locking DLC on disc". Nintendo got away with this too easily I feel. I have the amiibo, but I still think it is bullshit.

Hate to say it, but I went back to Aerospray MG after using Splattershot Pro for a long time. Overall it really is the best overall gun I feel. At least for turf wars. The coverage is just THAT good, and those seekers paired with inkzooka are just a top tier combo. RG is probably superior in ranked.

So I just tried about ranked for the first time tonight with my new .52 Gal deco and holy hell I think I'm in love. This mode is amazing! It seems like an inkstrike was going off every 30 seconds and it was pure pandemonium all around.

Won like 7 matches in a row and hit double digit KDR more often than not. Felt so good after doing terribly in turf wars.
