WTF is up with matchmaking? I've won 17 games in a row in ranked and have gone from B- to B+ because I am only matched with C-, C, and C+ ranks.

Obviously I am dominating them and consistently getting MVP every game.

How could someone have 4 kills and 4 deaths but 0 points? They were using a roller. I don't quite understand how that is possible. How could you kill someone without inking anything at all?

What a salty as hell evening for me, Splatoon-wise. I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and join GAF rooms at night I think, because the game continues to throw me into rooms with a majority of Japanese players who wind up raging me into submission with their incredible lag kraken-roller abilities.

Went on a horrible losing streak tonight despite some pretty good personal performances once I switched to one of my more comfortable weapons, largely thanks to teammates disconnecting or just plain being bad. I'm sure there plenty of moments I could have done better myself, but damn. Demoralizing.

It means that they disconnected at some point during the match. Their k/d still exists from whatever they did while they were in the match but you get no points if you don't complete the round.

Cool. Thanks for the answers everyone. I was legitimately confused for a few minutes. Weird thing was, he was still in the lobby and in the next match. Must have rejoined or something.

Previous match was 2-vs-4. I was on the team with 2. We ended up winning. Was quite fun.
