Looks like i completely missed the 2011 anime awards, pretty happy it made the top 10 =). Will have to check out the ones i missed. Working!! seems cool.

Good to know that it is not as underrated as my friends would have me think... cause all i got from them when i asked them about it was "whats that" lol. Having said that, it would have probably been a smart idea to wait a day before writing something about Ano Hana, instead of 30 minutes after finishing it =P

Dude i shit you not, Ano Hana and Steins;Gate are the same for me. Are you me lol?

I might be you...in another timeline. Oh god, are the world lines merging together now? Fuuuuuuck!

Youre not gonna rewatch the dub? when it starts next weekend?

What?! I had no idea Fate/Zero was finally getting dubbed, much less a release, where can I watch it?

I think I already mentioning that

"Forgettable tier
a lot of money slaving work from aniplex"

I do enjoy it as guilty pleasure

oh SNAFU!
Aw, man... one thing is disliking the material, but Kannagi was (I think) a well produced and thought-out show that helped to shape up the A-1 Pictures studio as we know it today, seeing what Tomonori Ochikoshi implied (http://xx.minus.com/mrvpAhlfq).

I really like how dating sims and social gaming are one of the important element on saving the world. Now I felt better about wasting so many hours playing VNs, you guys will thank me when the spacequake arrive.

Instead of having a plot and pertain to be something decent, hey just keep throwing dumb shits into it until the show become.....fun.

And it works. While watching episode one I keep thinking that anime is dead and the show is a waste of time, but before I know it, I already finish both episode and secretly hoping for more.

If I were to score it:

Sound and Animation:
4/10

Plot:
-123/10

Entertainment Value:
10/10

fun:
11/10

overall:
9/10 Timeless masterpiece, defining piece of our culture. If you hate the show, you are just too jaded.

Haiyore! Nyaruko-san W - 02

Molesting a dragon has never been this fun.

Still good

Prediction for this "arc" :
The book the 2 alien are looking for is the manga that mahiro took before the alarm rang and has still on him because he forgot to put it back . Everything was for the sake of this super ultra rare manga.

Also remembers guys , size is not what matters ..
The most important part is the tip and being able to output 5L of "milk"

Yeah I remember its one of show that building up the status that they have now. I just feel indifferent to it.
Too bad the S2 would never coming.

I enjoyed ano Hana for what it was, but I loooooooove Steins;Gate. Just finished a rewatch of it and liked it even more the second time.

Fully agree. Like it or hate it, Kannagi was a well produced show. It was a lot of fun to watch IMO. Aoba Tsugumi is my favorite.

Episode 13

9hvJOFh.jpg

Dark Thundaaa!

(Major Spoilers in the following so please only read if you've watched the episode!)

It was pretty obvious that Yuri was Cure Moonlight but it's nice to have confirmation. If I was younger and part of the original intended demographic than it might have been more of a surprise but even then I'm not sure. I think the more surprising thing was the first episode made it come across more like she had been killed off. When I first saw Yuri I thought it might have been her civilian kind of form but wasn't sure how originally as I thought that was the case but then started to think she must have just been defeated instead and lost her powers due to her Heart Seed being broken.

The animation for the fights were really good this episode again and it was pretty cool seeing
Yuri easily take out all those Snackies by herself without even being able to transform. The fight between Dark PreCure and Tuxedoless Maskless was a little bit rougher though such as Dark PreCure's scissor kick not even looking like it connected. It was kind of like watching a fighting game with bad hit detection there.

Near the end didn't really make any sense though.
Professor Sabaak mentions to Dark PreCure to forget about Cure Moonlight and focus on defeating the two newer PreCure. Dark PreCure is just about to dispose of them and then he tells her to stop saying she's focusing too much on Cure Moonlight like he told her not too. Even if that were the case she's still about to defeat the current two PreCure like he wanted anyway. She's basically killing two birds with one stone by her methods (kind of literally too, haha). Why not just call her off after then? That part didn't really make any sense.

Yeah I was puzzled at that too. Regulus says to wait and see though.

Tsugumi is adorable. I would link that one character song but it was deleted some time ago.

Why is it always a truck driver that keeps hitting all these anime characters

Amnesia Epsiode 4

Ooooooooh damn at the last five minutes.

So is she going to keep repeating August 1 with a different guy as her BF? Because that would make this 100% more interesting if she keeps rotating between the guys.

Ah, Okay. Since you're so much farther ahead of me and watching at a quicker pace I'm going back to read your posts after. Looks like we had pretty much the same opinions regarding the fights and most things. How did you not see the reveal though? Haha.

The fanservice in this is making me rather uncomfortable. They've definitely crossed a line here.

Also, did that black girl just become white? What?

Thinks which make me uncomfortable in GaoGaiGar FINAL:

What the fuck guys. Funny how no-one mentioned this kind of thing when they talked about the series!

I totally mentioned all of this when watching the show just a few days ago. The creepy fan service, the fact that Swan and Stallion White are doing the Lannister, and even the completely baffling decision to change Papillon's skin-tone halfway through the show.

Definitely the low points of the show.

Well...I saw it, in that I knew
the lady in the glasses was Cure Moonlight. I just didn't realize it was Yuri because...I'm a dumbass and completely forgot about her lol.

And I'm only 4 or 5 episodes ahead of you.

Attack on Titan will be simulcast Sundays at 3:15pm EDT on Crunchyroll.

Heres a video highlighting the voices.

Voices sound good, but I'll hold my judgement until I watch the Blu-Ray in English.

I have been wanting to get one of my good friends into anime, I've thought of using Fate/Zero as an introduction. He's a big Marvel fan, so the ensemble and action might warm his heart.

I'm extremely disappointed with the people I follow on Pixiv. I was hoping to look at my favorite users and see a plethora of Gargantia art.

Instead I see creepy Pokemon porn. ='(

I've clearly lost this battle.
I see a lot of Oreimo. Whatever people are drawing, it's not Gargantia. Shingeki no Kyojin seems to be pretty popular on Pixiv though.

Is it my imagination or has the OP's been of a better stock this season?
Then again, it might be just how awesome Attack On Titan's is.

I imagine they're waiting for the model kit for Chamber rather than draw art.

Haha, okay. The first big tip off for me was
other than seeing her in the opening, when you first see her in the show she has the exact same voice as Cure Moonlight. Did you recognize her seiyuu as Aya Hisakawa? She did the voice for Ami/Sailor Mercury and Miki in Utena.

I guess you aren't that much farther than me right now. I'd like to watch the show now at a more consistent rate this season.

Man youtube comments are something else. I was watching the opening for a show and there's an argument about how Fate/Zero is overrated trash, and SAO is awesome...

Jesus christ.

So episode 2 of Titan was great and all, but I'm left with a question. The show has mentioned a few times that humans created the walls to save themselves from the Titans, but how did they manage to construct the walls while beset by the Titans during that time? Is this something cleared up in the manga, or do I assume that the humans back then were much stronger?

I'm not good at recognizing seiyuu's so no I didn't.

At this point I'm watching maybe 1 or 2 episodes per day. I've got other shows I'm watching and I don't wanna burn myselfout, but that's not much of an issue when I'm enjoying it this much.

Boyfriend with the weird eye power that makes (almost) all girls fall in love with him

Amnesia Episode 5

So I'm just going to presume that the first episode was the latest in some weird timeline going by everything that's happen so far.

Spirit boy came back for a bit. Shockingly he didn't provide that much help or info before he disappeared again.

Those mob characters are going to be quite mean to her if that cutting her hair event comes true.

It's explained in the manga later.

Aw man they are releasing it in two parts? i thought they were just doing it in one set. Price isn't amazing either but i guess i was expecting too much. Andrew said on facebook to expect the 2nd part around September.

£60 for Cowboy Bebop on Blu Ray sounds about right to me, dood.

I finished watching Code Geass last week and loved it. On Reddit, someone was asking for Anime similar to Death Note and Code Geass, and someone recommended Fate/Zero. Any comments on that? It's a prequel to Fate/stay night.. should I watch this one first?

Regulus Tera

Romanes Eunt Domus
[Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet] 01

Technobabble up the wazoo, militaristic dystopian futures, and tons (tons) of ominous ironic dialogue? Yup, that was written by Urobuchi. Or at least the first half. Which I didn't totally hate, but it was pretty dull in terms of how it presented the action and the stakes.

Second half was a lot more enjoyable simply because you could start following what the fuck was happening. The reveal at the end was pretty predictable, but I've come to expect that with the writer. :p

I wouldn't really compare Fate/Zero to those other two given it's not about the shock value or overwrought melodrama the other two are notable for.

That said, it's good, worth a watch, and forget Fate/Stay Night exists as it's terrible.
