Power up form mainly goes to the main character. Both GoGo and Fresh were the absolute worst in this regards because the others stop existing until everything was over. Heartcatch did not do this, and Suite/Smile allowed others to join in but still.

I swear to god, the trends in the movies is GoGo's worst crime. BUT... BUT... This movie did have a major bonus, and it establishes that Miyuki has a harem, and Brian Taylor ain't got shit on this.

Oh, I meant OVAs on the list, not the Geass ones.

I haven't seen any Akito yet, but I've heard they've been rather good thus far, if quite different in tone from the original series.

I don't really think that's accurate. I haven't done a statistical study, but I believe that you'd find that a large proportion of anime produced every year during the 2000s consists of adaptations of manga. And while this is more subjective, if I tallied up all anime I consider quality from the decade I suspect manga adaptations would make up at least 50% of them.
