I went to the midnight opening at Toy r Us just before Phantom Menace came out. The scene was crazy, people running around like they were insane to get their figures. It was fun too. But going to a Target the next day on my lunch break just to see all the same toys just sitting there with no crowd was sobering. These things will all probably be plentiful given the lead time before the movie. Well all except for the BB8 I think.

I did the midnight madness right around the Clone Wars CG series, when the BMF (Big Millennium Falcon) and the AT-TE were released. That was cool, and those are some cool toys.
These? The Poe Dameron figure doesn't even fit in the wonky plastic X-wing. Hasbro's not getting any more of my money.
If I could afford it, though: Man, those Hot Toys figures are awesome.
