SC2 beta was a long time ago.
In absence of Stephano, Nerchio was my #1 pick. Then Grubby. I'm fine with Mana, Thorzain, Vortix or Lucifron getting votes. Whitera and TLO are just bad picks at this point.
Not sure what to think about Dimaga, Socke and Demuslim. Been a while since they've done anything of note. They're clearly a tier below the current top players, just like Hasu.

I can't even recall haypro ever being interesting or successful as a player. Was he in a RO64 in one of the older GSLs? I can't think of a single match of his or an appearance at a notable tournament.
TL should pick up Scarlett.

They don't need a fifth Zerg before a second Terran/Protoss, even if none of their Zergs are on the same level as Taeja or Hero.
Where does Taeja stay? Do him and HerO live together? I knew TL players stayed at the oGs house when it was around.

Nony and TLO bring people to TL. Its not like TL is paying these guess tons of money.
TaeJa stays at home with family. Reason why he left Slayers was because they wanted him to stay in house. TL has an apartment in Korea with Hero/TLO/Huk/etc. I believe Zenio lives at home too.

I think IPL did this very smartly, popular vote for the short list, then make them actually play for the spots.
