I've searched and I haven't found this news neither in the steam thread nor in any other thread. It seems Garry's Mod has sold over 1 million.

What its interesting for me is this graph:

It shows peaks that seem to be related to steam sales, and daily average sales around ~300-400 per day in 2007 and 600-900 in 2011.

Looks like a really nice bundle. Do you get extra copies if you own any of these games? I own VVVVVV already.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say, probably not, no. Would be a nice surprise if one would, however. But since you get redeemable codes... you probably could give that away. Could anyone who's already owned either of the game and bought the bundle confirm or deny?

edit: After doing a (or so I thought) quick edit, it seems the question has been answered, and the answer is indeed negatory.

Nope, no extra copies if you already own something in the bundle.

Doesn't look like. I owned every one except Cogs and Hammerfight and I didn't get any extra copies. Not complaining though.

You pay whatever you like.

Let's say you're willing to pay 2 bucks for each game, for a total of 10 bucks. Already own one of the games? Pay 8 bucks.

Want to be able to gift out the games you already own? buy two copies of the bundle, each for 5 bucks, and gift the other one.

Don't know any of the games or don't want any of the games? Buy for 3 bucks the entire bundle and give it away as a gift.

There's LITERALLY (and I mean that... literally) no excuse to NOT buy this bundle.

Besides, EVERY LIVING BEING ON THE MILKY WAY should own VVVVV.

I'm surprised how many people in my friend list don't have it yet. I've seen this game on sales so many times, and I just became a PC gamer late 2010.

New release (pre-purchase): Renegade Ops at http://store.steampowered.com/app/99300/

It is done by Avalanche Studios and seems to be their first game on steam.
Synopsis and prices below -

"Renegade Ops is available now for pre-purchase on Steam with a special "Buy 4 for the Price of 2" deal when purchased before the September release."

"Destruction just got awesome.

In Renegade Ops you must defeat Inferno, a madman intent on global domination. Destroy enemies across a range of stunning environments using a wide variety of vehicles. Players have the choice to fight alone in single player mode, team up offline with two-player split screen or join the dynamic 4-player online co-op experience. Blast your way through enemy lines by working together, or compete for achievements as you and your friends aim to top the online leader boards."

Prices single / four-pack is 12,99€ / 24,99€ which means you pay for two copies if you buy a four pack. Not a bad deal, and that's without a discount on either of em.
Windows only.

Daily deal for today is: Critical mass! Can be found at http://store.steampowered.com/app/105300/ and is down 66% to a cost as low as 1,53€.

edit: Bolded to give at least some difference between the games. Also added quotation marks for text taken from store page.

Renegade ops looks fantastic. A modern day Jackal!

Serious Sam is a wicked gahbidge series for chowdaheads.
If you do not buy Batman at $7.50 you are dumb.

Or you already own the game. Which means you are smart.

If I already own the game and I try to buy the game again, does that make me double smart?

Holy fuck at that Renegade 4 pack. It's like you buy two copies and get two free. 4 packs taken to the next level. I hope that sort of promotion leads to awesome sales figures.

Renegade Ops looks good enough for a 4-pack buy. Any impressions on Critical Mass?

To conclude: Critical Mass fills a cubic gap between the spatial awareness of toy puzzles and the human obsession with bureaucratically grouping things by colour. It is definitely better than okay. It might even trouble the border of the great Venn diagram of worth between okay and GOOD. You just won’t dream about it when you’re done.

I think we're getting to the point where there are too many sales.

Some games are repeated too often, it's too hard to keep up with every sale every day. And sometimes the game doesn't even chart making me wonder if people are really buying it.

That is quite possibly the strangest review I have ever read.

Super interesting graph. Note how the spike for the holiday sale is growing steadily since 2009. Daily sales have doubled since two years ago.

The graph also shows how stable the stream of income is with digital distribution. At retail, the game would have long been removed from shelves. Online, it keeps on selling with no signs of slowing down.

Renagade Ops 4-pack price is crazy, that's more than 50% off. Really looking forward to that game for some co-op action.

GFWL is killing my decision.
Disregarding the SecuROM bullshit for a moment, I can't even register an account for GFWL at the moment so I'm gonna have to pass on that again.

Also Tropico 3 Absolute Power updated?
Nothing here. I almost hoped they had decided to convert the ingame achievements into Steam Achievements. :(

As for Batman, bought it on xbox at release and I'm on the fence right now, just because I hate the exchange rate (£3.75 / $7.50 / 7.50€). I'll probably get it anyway though.
