Don't know if I really want to purchase KOTOR or not. On one hand, critical praise. On the other, I have enough of a backlog going on. Thinking by the time I got through my backlog, it'd have been on sale a bunch more times.

Probably a fair bet it'll go on sale around christmas. It's been $2.50 in the past too.

Fixed my ME issues, took a couple of hours of looking at lots of fixes.

For me I just had to delete my PhysX drivers and let Steam pick the new ones for me.
This is one of my gripes with PhysX. I'm guessing you had some other game that used PhysX installed, and thus that other game (non-obviously) screwed up Mirror's Edge until you got it straightened out.

Yeah, I think I'll wait on it. But Battlefront II might be a good pickup, for when I want to just dick around and waste some time.

Is it possible to completely remove games from your Steam list? Out of my 190 games, I have about 30% of pure crap clogging up the pipes.
Only if you contact Steam Support and see if they'll do it for you. You could just make a group, put the games in there and keep it minimized.

From what I remember, it's not possible to have games removed from your library. You can always try asking support though.

Worst case scenario is making a "Shit games" folder that you never open. :)

There is also a section in Application for a Japanese version GTA IV. Wonder how long till the Japanese Steam will be in Yen and not USD.

Warband and Battlefront II are certainly worth the price. I'd pass on With Fire and Sword, it's like a worse, more frustrating version of Warband. You'd think guns would be fun, but they are slow, cumbersome, and you either can't tell if you hit someone or you die from a seemingly modern day CoD sniper.

Other than ME the only other thing I've ever had on here that is PhysX is Dark Void, must have been that.

It was frustrating, but now it's done, and it's pretty amazing. I'm quite surprised how much better it feels with a mouse. One of the issues with ME on a pad is you can't look down to your feet for timing jumps and back up to catch stuff 90% of the time, now it's perfect. The shooting was also shit, now it way better. I don't know if it was designed for a gamepad, but the improvement is really significant.

Mirror's Edge is one of my favorite games this gen. Stunning graphics and the keyboard/mouse controls are really well done. Also I didn't get frustrated much during enemy encounters, I just ran like hell and avoided them by doing some crazy maneuvers (the hotel towards the end of the game where there's like 30 cops, God-damn that was one of the most badass moments in any game for me when I managed to get out of there)

I opened the one from confused, since he was the first and it was a gift for helping him out with a game, the other 2 were kinda late birthday presents of sorts, so im gonna contact my 2 friends to see if they want to gift them to someone else, seems right.

Otherwise i'll just give them away here yeah

You will spend months playing single player without getting bored, buy Warband.

Picked up Mirror's Edge, Republic Commando, KOTOR and Empire at War.

Just gotta discipline myself and finish Deus Ex before trying them...

I liked the gunplay but hated the game for With Fire and Sword. It's way too hard to get in a fight cause everything's too fast and the missions are boring as fuck. It gets a bit better when you join an army but still not great. I hate the upgrade system they use too.

Warband is fuck awesome though.

Trying to start a Speed Run or Time Trial:

"Could not connect to EA Online. Please check your internet connection."

I'll never understand why they made those modes online-only. Anyone else getting that error?

How do you find the Mirror's Edge CD key? I want to see if it redeems on Origin.
The retail version does. That's the only way to get the lovely Time Trial DLC.
