And yet MW3 is at the arse end of the Top 10. One of these days, Acti will look at the player stats page and ponder, "Well, if ongoing, free support works for Valve, maybe it'll work for us!"

Must have missed the Nine page thread then. I've had to ask for a bloody refund, I wouldn't mind if there was the occasional crash issue or dodgy FPS. But I literately can't launch the game. I've not had an issue like this in years. :/

Erm..this sounds like a stupid fix but switching your country server to something far away like Taiwan (in Settings) gives me less speed in general.

AFAIK, there's no Zoom option for the PC version, at least not "out of the box". Don't know if they're any mods. :/

Configurable install directories (per game) would be nice as well.
Also a better download manager... one that allows me to schedule when I want to download and sleep/shut down when done downloading.

Most of that is elementary stuff that should be quick and easy to implement, but some reason it doesn't happen.

I like to think that the client will get an overhaul coincident with the Linux version going live. Valve being Valve, though, it's hard to be even remotely certain.

They have talked about things like throttling, but as with Valve they take forever to implement.
