Are they serious with this? Freaking IRS...

Do people who sell on the Diablo 3 RMAH have to deal with this crap? Does this mean I have to pay taxes on my Market profits?
Tell them you're an US alien that came all the way from Tuchanka, you're in a bad mood due to the long trip, and plan on unleashing your krogan fury upon them unless they allow you to sell your shit on the Market.

Surely there will be some number of people cancelling pre-orders because the won't get the season pass with goal #3, I wonder if the bar can go down?

Honest question, can you cancel preorders on steam? Even if you preload? Never preordered anything from based Garry now that I think about it :/

Serious Sam is a wicked gahbidge series for chowdaheads.
That basically destroys every dream of seeing a brand new, classical resident evil, doesn't it?
That is not how Capcom grades its tests.

This port being successful would have, at best, given us a port of Resident Evil: Deadly Silence.

I thought preorder goals were rigged.

I think we will finally have proof tomorrow.

Even if you preload it, the client still has to unlock the files.

If you have cancelled your preorder, than the client won't be able to unlock the game on release.

I see. I thought they could charge you for the simple fact you would have gotten some GBs from their servers, even if locked. Gabe is a nice fellow.

If Defiance magically got all reward tiers unlocked, im sure resident evil will have no problem either... over the next 24 hrs ;)

It wasn't magical though.

Defiance went from the bottom 50 sellers on Steam to the top seller for the entire week before release.

Can't come to any conclusions with the Defiance data.

Defiance was the proof we wanted, but the proof that we need right now.

EDIT: Resident Evil just squeaked its way into the top 30 sellers. This could be it, this could be the proof we need.

If sales stay the same and people are reporting all tiers unlocked when the game releases we could have our proof.

Well, now that I got both sonic racing games I must say, the series really improved a lot

I had a lot of gripes with the first game (I played it when the game ws released, but in a long time ago)

- It doesn't had a sense of speed
- The weapons are too automatic, and the super star move is really broken, I was in last place with sonic from a far distance, and with the star move I reached 4th place
-It feels more soul less than transformed, in tracks and music, the roster is a bit better though
- Had worst performance than transformed. I run transformed at 1280 x 720 with a semi stable framerate, but with SR1 I had to run it at 800 x 600 with a worse framerate

So yeah, I understand that people has different tastes and I respect that, but for me, nobody could convince me than transformed is better than vainilla

Like you say, different tastes and all. I couldn't play either of those games at what you just described. Don't really notice much difference in speed. Although you do have to be constantly power sliding in Sonic 1.

Sonic Racing 1 locked at 1080p@60fps in stereo 3D is a fantastic. Transformed has issues running above 60hz which makes it crap in 3D (and even pretty crappy in 2D on a 120hz monitor). It's not even that I really hate 30fps in stereo 3D, it's the fact the game just shits the bed when you render above 60hz. So it's just jerky and nasty no matter what mode it is.

EDIT: One of these days I should just try playing it on the HDTV. Probably would play decently on there at 60hz locked.

Juist bought Reus and have currently been waiting 23 minutes for 'First Time setup - Installing .NET Framework (Step 1 of 1)'

I just want to play my game, Steam!
Hate that shit. Binary Domain goes through it every time I start it.

Speaking of BD, I really liked it. Loved the boss fights, and the dialogue was pretty funny as well. Need to replay it for a better ending though.

So i go to the store page to check out the rewards couple of things i noticed:

-First, Steam as of 6:14 est has a pricing mistake. It says the game costs 49.99

-Second, 3rd tier is "Season Pass", i've never heard of that game before and is not listed on STeam database nor any Capcom game with that name.

-The only useful piece of information i ended up with is that second tier unlock is Lost Planet, a beginig of the generation game. At least offer RE5 or something.

Capcom before the finger pointing starts please port Deep Down Dragons Dogma.

RE5 was a preorder incentive for RE6 so I'm sure they wanted to offer something different.

I've said it before in this thread but Lost Planet was actually Steamworks.

I bought a physical copy off of Amazon and activated it. $2.50 shipped.

Bioshock Infinite $27.90 at Play-Asia

I heard they were kind of slow at sending out keys for Dark Souls last week, this one isn't listed as having "lead time" though.

edit: Savygamer user comments, "Bought this an hour ago but no code has appeared yet"

I wouldn't recommend buying a code from them. I bought Dark Souls and waited 9 days before cancelling it because they hadn't sent a code yet. It worked out for the best though, since that same day it became cheaper on Amazon.

It will be if it keeps going like this. The current thinking being that the teir system is rigged so we expect to see it complete miraculously before the time is up.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the game has a staggered release. Tuesday for North America but Friday for the rest of the world. So technically, the game will still be available for pre-order for another 4 days. Any sales they get till Friday will be counted towards the reward tiers and if the rest of the world unlocks them, they'll probably do the same for all customers.

Anyone seen that van helsing game in the coming soon list? Supposedly comes out in 2 days but there's no price on it at the moment. Looks to be a diablo clone so i'm going to keep my eye on it.
