You can put them in a special group but otherwise no. You do this by right clicking the game in your library and going to "set category"

So I tried out VVVVVV today. I like the exploration aspect, but I hate the pixel perfect platforming. Shit is frustrating for no good reason. I mainly say that after doing these two trinkets, and then trying to escort the guy a little bit after getting the second linked trinket. I'll try finishing it up tomorrow, but it's safe to say that I like Super Hexagon and Naya's Quest much better than this.
