I wouldn't read much into the "No plans" responses as it's a fairly typical PR non-answer. For what it's worth, here are the games I think are high unlikely to have GFWL removed:

- Hour of Victory (WB doesn't seem to be interested in doing anything with any of its Midway IP acquisitions that aren't Mortal Kombat)

- Section 8 and Section 8: Prejudice (TimeGate Studios is dead)
- Tron: Evolution (published by Disney Interactive)
- Where's Waldo? (licence expired)

Everything else that hasn't already been patched or is set to receive a patch is up in the air. I would assume that a licence expiring doesn't preclude post-release support from a legal perspective but I don't see TruBlu, Activision and Ubisoft investing time and money into patches now when they lack the right to distribute the games and therefore earn a return on that investment.

Lost Planet 3 briefly went somewhere interesting, kind of had this vibe that felt like it was a mash-up of The Thing and Aliens in
the abandoned Nevec outpost with the ruined, forzen interiors and things skittering out at you from the dark
but it quickly lost that interesting bit of atmosphere.

I think I'm probably one of the few people who loved that game and had it in their top 5 games last year. It just really worked for me.

Lost Planet 3 is a weird kind of cookie. Now, i've only played the first hour, but there was something that reminded me of Firefly when riding that mechtruck...thing. Which is alway's a good thing.
On the other hand, it felt like a gamey B-movie.
Which is also a good thing.

That's a tough one. I'd personally say Thief is the better series but it also goes on sale a lot more often than Kain seems to. In fact, I think this is the lowest the Kain pack has ever been.

Tropico 4 is great :)

I'm still trying to make the perfect island... I always end up with a lot of money and work, but people would still prefer to leave in their shacks, rather than move in the beautiful houses that I build :/
