They could have DX and other useless crap installed by default but give an option for experienced users to do it manually only.

I've never been much into badge crafting. I only level up to stay ahead of my friends list limit.

Morning Steam-GAF. I have been away from the thread for a few days save for a single post despairing of the auction, but now I'm back at work, which means I can post fairly regularly (or at least lurk more). How was everyone's weekends?
I have a quick question to spark a little Monday morning discussion. I'm travelling home to visit family over the holidays, and bringing my laptop. Does anyone have any games they've been saving for the holidays? I've got LEGO Batman 3 I'll probably take more of a crack at, and there's always more Binding of Isaac. I'll also probably play some Hexcells as it's really easy to just pick up and play. Finally, I'm going to Steam Roulette some of the games I've got in my backlog before I leave and download a few with the intention of making a big dent in them at some point over the next few weeks. How about you, fellow gaffers?
