I didn't pick everyone personally and some even twice because I hate them especially. I copy and pasted the poster lists of two Steam OTs and deleted names that looked familiar. Backed the KS at 60 or 70, but only put like an hour into the first campaign. I've been wanting to do the first before the second, but I made a melee build and had a not so fun time with that hour.

Should I just start again with a different build, jump into Dragonfall, or champion on with my melee build?

I always feel like a poser with my Shadowrun shirt, especially when I get compliments on it :[ I can't even get a good group going to play the PnP game

Start with a different build imo. I was never a fan of the melee build, I don't think they work as well.

I'd stick with Shadowrun first before jumping into Dragonfall. Dragonfall is superior to the base game in every way, to the point where you'll actually find the base campaign hard to play compared to Dragonfall.
