Since I finally bought the two weapon pack DLC for New Vegas, I started a new playthrough with J.E. Sawyer's mod, and I threw in Hardcore mode too (playing on normal though).
I played about 10 hours in 3 days. I'm just shy of level 4 (or maybe 5). I chose a trait that gave me 5 points in every skill at the cost of 10% of my exp, add to that the slowed down leveling introduced the J.E.'s mod and leveling is slow. But with some planning I manged to get Speech to 50 already, and all other perks hovering between 25 and 30. Save for unarmed and explosives. Because they're useless.
The reduced carryweight it's rough tough. I'm using a random box in the NCR outpost as storage until I get to Novac at least.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
I'm kinda sad I didn't pick up Black Flag for $10 back when Unity was a daily deal, especially now that Unity is an encore deal and Black Flag is still $20.
Oh well, I guess I'll just play it on the PS4 anyway where Uplay isn't as big of a pain in the ass.

Maybe I'll have to give it another shot, but as a lover of (traditional) roguelikes, I was extremely hyped for, and then disappointed by, SotS:TP. Specifically, I really disliked all the recipe finding for crafting and all the resultant issues that could cause (ie, I didn't find any recipes or even ingredients that made anything other than 1 thing in about 20 games). I'm sure if I kept at it it would eventually spread its wings, because I liked the idea of a sci-fi roguelike, but... yeah, it just didn't work for me and I don't say that often about roguelikes. DoomRL was fun scifi though.
I don't know that I'd recommend a turn based roguelike to someone that wanted more Rogue Legacy though. Maybe something more like Binding of Isaac Rebirth or even Spelunky?

I say eff it, and just get the game. Every cent will be worth it if only to encourage Treasure to release more of their classics there.

20 minutes left to decide if I should get Gettysburg instead of Door Kickers. I want Door Kickers more, but Gettysburg looks amazing and won the vote. Ugh. Decisions. Did anyone give it a go yet?

Of course you can, the daily rewards only raise your chance. And the overview now gives me '404 Error Page not found'. If it weren't Ubisoft I'd shrug it off but they've become an utter joke, was there anything they've done right without some fuckup in the last 12 months?
You missed Door Kickers' daily deal. Would be enough reason for me to wait.

It's only 1 less entry into the big raffle at the end as far as I understood. Also only certain countries are eligible for that:

To be fair, if you got AC:U SP on Steam, they also gave out Steam keys for the reward.

Only would have saved $2, not a deal breaker. I want Door Kickers, but I want to support Gettysburg. Time will run out soon and decide for me, I suppose.
EDIT -welp, decided to buy Gettysburg but the price changed in between loading cart and checkout. Damn.

If one enjoyed the arbitrary randomization and the grindy nature of the unlock system in Rogue Legacy, Spelunky wouldn't really be recommendable since it (thankfully) contains none of that. Super House of Dead Ninjas or Binding of Isaac help scratch that itch of earning new stuff as you go along instead.

So I have Enhanced Steam installed on Chrome but it isnt showing up? Is it down or do I have to do something to "turn it on"?
I bought it day one. I was more concerned about people who are on the fence because of the price.

Nope, it says install steam where it normally says enhanced steam, oh well not a big deal.
Go to chrome://extensions/ with your urlbar and see if it's there. If it's not, try installing again. And if you are using incognito for some reason, by default chrome disallows extensions in incognito mode.
That's all I can think of.

If it's installed properly as Parsnip suggests ^^ above, then open a Steam page, press F12, and look at the console tab. Are there any error messages there?
