This is the first meaningful sale price I've seen on Command: Modern Air / Naval Operations . My week in exile at the in-laws just got that much easier.
Wait for the dailies if not buy them on he last day of the sale.

Sorry to hear that. I bought this one for like $2.50 in July 2013 (Summer sale IIRC), along with Pack #4 for the same price. But yeah I've been wanting to nab a few individual Genesis games (that are in other packs) lately, but no luck, they're never on sale anymore.
With DSFix, it's an amazing port. For this price, it's worth it just to play it at high res and 60 FPS.
No, it's really not. I'm bad at games and I do just fine.

IIRC, from the patterns of past sales (x being the discount in question):
x < 75% - Potential daily/flash/community deal candidate. Wait until the last day of the sale.
x = 75% - Usually the lowest it'll go, but there have been some rare cases where it goes lower in a daily/flash/community.
x > 75% - Very unlikely to appear in a daily/flash/community. Feel free to pick it up whenever if you really really need it now, but wait until the last day of the sale anyways, just in case.
NOTABLE EXCEPTIONS: If the game is an older part of a currently-running franchise, wait for the daily deal on the current entry, as they usually increase the discount on the older games. For example, the Devil May Cry 3 and 4 bundle is currently 75% off, but dMc is only 50% off, and it's a likely daily deal. So when dMc is a daily, they might increase the discount on the DMC3/4 bundle.
