It's worth somewhere between 8 or 10 real actual american dollars (unless stuff has really changed in the last month or so). Those genuine Witcher items could be worth something to the right person as well, a few bucks a piece probably.

The Bill hat is currently hovering around 10-12 keys. Each key is worth 2.50 in Valve store or around 1.40 outside of store.

The the witcher items together are worth around 19 refined metals, a bit less than a bill if you count 2.55 ref per key. 7-8 keys about.
