I was going to be disappointed, as I had the Evolve Alpha and the actual game (but no L4D).

For some reason I was expecting it to be in my Inventory, but it actually just got added to my Games list. That Evolve price glitch is the gift that keeps on giving -- even if Evolve ends up sucking, I still get L4D!

When playing a game, pressing the PS Vita button to exit the game and go to the bubbles pages will suspend the game.
The Vita doesn't use up a lot of battery when PSP or PSX games are suspended so that kinda works like a 1 time quick save?

yeah, i know. I guess i should've clarified that i was wondering how the Steam version handled saves.

I don't know about artists in the living room but we've certainly got a better section in the office that the IT folks. Saying that the only position I've every got a pat on the back and a job well done was when working in sales. A position that required no formal training, vocation let alone academic qualifications but hey if you're visibly and measurably making your employer money you can see why they cherish you over other staff.

What the? That would signal the apocalypse at my work if Dropbox or any cloud based service was blocked. Doesn't help our FTP servers are like something out of the 90's.

A hardcore 2D Platformer. I prefer Super Meatboy in almost all respects but it definitely has it's own mechanics in which the levels have been modeled against. Essentially, you need to build up inertia before attempting to cross any chasms, otherwise if you don't you'll most likely just plummet to your death. And naturally, the game is punctuated with many different platforms that demand you to slow down. Narrow platforms, exploding platforms, disappearing platforms.

It's fun and it has bosses! I don't know how many or even if the boss can be killed because I ragequit at the end of the first set of levels XD.​

Oh you got lucky. I only got one. It should be uncensored when it doesn't have a (DE) after the name.

I assume it's because he bought another package that gives Left 4 Dead as a gift.

If you have two packages that give gift copy of same game, you will always receive both, because Valve doesn't bother to fix it.

Correct. Divinity's KS was for polish and improvements to an already in-development game.

Without the Kickstarter Divinity: Original Sin would be a completely different, and most likely lesser, game.

I just tried Crimzon Clover on Novice again and it was a lot more fun after the first level. Wow.

I think I used two continues, and one was literally a second or two before beating the last boss :(

It really is one of the greatest shmups I've played. Break mode is a satisfying mechanic, and the bullet patterns are well done, with modes for both experts and me.

I think I'll try Boost mode soon.

I don't think Early Access is the best idea for story-based RPGs.

Yeah, Divinity did it, but that was to iron out the bugs in their massively open combat engine more than anything. I doubt Shadowrun would have similar needs.

Jesus christ Evil Within is nervewrecking on so many levels. The constant threat of everything really gets to your nerves, but luckily there are some action bits in between too. I am up to chapter 14, and I am just wondering why the crap isn't this on everyone's GOTY list.

Why Rockstar? :( I was kind of looking forward to playing some GTAV around my birthday, I'm pretty impressed with the specs, they seem promising, but the DRM shit's got me a little worried, might wait a week or so after launch to see what the deal is with that. I guess I'll spend my money on Dragon Age or Far Cry 4 or something, I've been craving a big game to sink a bunch of time into.
