It could become a thread rule but I doubt anyone would enforce it.

I understand you want to keep things separated, man, but sometimes it makes more sense to keep things in the same thread. When people are getting on well and decide they want to exchange ID's with other folks in the thread, telling them (nicely) to take it someplace else feels like a bit of a buzzkill. (Though that may just be me. Just sayin'. *shrug*)

Granted we have new members but they should know where the SteamGAF ID list is, considering it has 300+ users it would be a good idea to post in that thread instead of getting lost here.

I'll add the links to the other stream threads back in the OP as they were actually useful.

Overall in the long run it would be great if we could cut out the: new thread smell/add me on steam/this thread is fast comments every time a thread is created.

I finished the first scene with George in Broken Sword 5, and I have to say, as fan of the series, you should be careful what you wish for. I'm gonna keep playing of course but my first impression is that this is simply a product created by demand. Nothing so far points to this actually being anything but a product of work rather then a labor of love.

The first scene of the game might of course not represent the rest of the game, but in that first scene, there's a bunch of paintings hanging on the walls, and there's about 10 hotspots or so attached to these paintings. The description he (George, the MC) gives each painting is just the saddest and most uninspired written text in a game I have ever heard. I mean, text like that, whoever wrote it must be a very miserable person and the scary thing is every other written line I've heard so far is written in the same unimaginative manner. Cheer up, will you ;(

I really hope it gets better though. It feels kind of silly saying all of this after 20 minutes, but hey, what are forums for.

They're playing it at 60 fps, it looks really nice and they have key icons for button prompts.

And this is so weird, my profile says I own 575 games but I checked less than 30 minutes ago, that I had 576 games. I haven't removed one, and there's no free game trial expiring on Steam.
