So I have the game and season pass, so for me it would be the multiplayer stuff and black mask challenge pack I take it. But the bundle means it won't be like Arkham City where the DLC was pulled in favor of the GOTY edition.

Not necessarily. I wouldn't be shocked if WB elects to yank the store pages for the DLC in favour of just offering the bundle. Speaking of City, though, it had a bunch of DLC that was never released publicly:

Robot Dinosaurs in space. Camera changes at the worst moments and tons of things killing you thanks cause you can rarely see them.
