As I said before, Mini Ninjas has controller support.

Hitman: Absolution* has full controller support.

Dead Space 1 + 2 are leagues better than what Resident Evil ever thought about being. Even the almighty 4.

From the inventive weapons to the awesome zero g sequences it just makes resident evil completely stale by comparison.

It's a pretty obvious observation for anyone not blinded by childhood nostalgia. RE4 was a revolutionary game mechanically, the story and some gameplay aspects (escort missions) are awful, when it came out. but newer games have completely surpassed it. It really on retains value as nostalgia or as a historical milestone.

I would think so, but the more attention it gets the more likely Valve is to plug it, and they could plug it pretty easily if they were so inclined.

Awesome. I've been here over a year and I still never know when it's appropriate to make a new thread. GAF outside of SteamGAF can be pretty scary.

And yes I'm still working on the sorting feature that will sort your idling by "highest value first", as well as setting up a user-configurable list of AppIDs that Idle Master will ignore.

This is true. Honestly they really should plug this hole, because it's the same one that SAM uses for achievement hacking. But for now, we idle.

Whaa, don't scare me. I'm emailing humble support just to confirm what happened (that despite their site not saying so the keys had originally been redeemed by me but then creating the gift link has somehow caused them to be revoked and hopefully gifted to the winner). I hope steam doesn't do anything silly that would cause me to have to use their... support system... if we can call it that
more like a delayed automatic FAQ reply system

Its a simple concept. Basically, you control one limp Octodad-style, and slowly build (on top of a goat for some reason), a giant tower of muscle dudes. For 4 bucks, you get a lot of content, Steam trading cards, hunky men, full customization of your team of muscle-bound men, and a pretty fun multiplayer party game.

That is a super accurate description of Steam Support, unfortunately. :( You'd think they'd use their fortune to improve their support team, but they haven't done anything.

If you're unsure, you could always ask someone to make the thread for you, but I'm pretty sure you're safe.
This is actual news and its subject has merit.
The only caveat could be the "do not create threads promoting a product or service you have any involvement in" rule, but since this isn't really for money, I don't see a problem here (since you'll be answering questions and clarifying details anyway.
IANAM tho ;)

Is there any problem in running Idle Master for a game that uses VAC? It could be perfect to idle for L4D2 cards without needing to downloading that giant game with my slow connection.

Cards are doled out by some Steam server, so triggering it to give all cards at once would require hacking the gibson.

Shouldn't be an issue as VAC is only ever used when you connect to a secure online server. Using the idler would be no different than sitting at the start screen of L4D.

Ys 1 is so, so enjoyable. Only 4 hours in, and I'm already in love with it. I hope I can get the soundtrack somewhere, because it's beautiful.

Came in expecting an outdated RPG with shitty combat, ended up finding a great game with an interesting plot and a well done combat system. In fact, I decided to play it today instead of God of War on PS3 (which I'm playing for the first time, not counting that time I tried the beginning at a friend's house many years ago), and I don't regret it at all.
