Edit: Fixed it. The solution was to set bSmoothFramerate to True, and increase the maxsmoothedframerate instead. Otherwise, the stupid Bink player started using 100% of my CPU over time, and that caused the audio stutter. Using about 5% with bSmoothFramerate to True.

I'm having some trouble with the audio after downloading the Hi-Res Movie pack, and I'm pretty sure it's caused by a change in this file. But it seems impossible to get the original now that the DLC is activated on my game in Steam.
