I'm pretty stoked for this sale, even though there isn't anything I'm looking for in particular. If nothing else, it will provide much needed respite or distraction from this rough patch my life seems dead set on stopping in.

Could you paraphrase what this says? I'm at work and all steam sites are blocked. I just know when I went to the market on my phone that it said I recently added funds from a new payment method so I was blocked until the 25th.
Edit: I see a link now that says I can verify the funds now. Thanks for making me double check!

You can removes the restriction manually by verifying your card. Steam will put two pending charges on it which will never go through and you just have to enter the amount that they charged.

Yeah, that's presumably what the fund verification refers to, however people fun afoul of the restriction consistently, so there needs to be some sort of measure in place to stop accidental lock-outs.
