Well, it is just MS Excel masquerading as a game.
Well.. I'm not going to look at the dark side am I?
Is there any indication that Bound by Flame won't be terrible?
why would it be terrible? I thought it looks mildly interesting and Mars wasn't that bad, steamgaf even convinced me to buy it, I still haven't played it, though
*This Get Loaded offer is not available in Korea, China or Japan
Max Payne 3 is 75% off again at GMG, in another attempt to get me to buy it. I really enjoyed the game, but seeing as I have it on the 360 I'll wait until it's 90% off.
Do the console versions have the Rockstar Social Club nonsense?

SEGA is so actively pushing the region lock, cunts.
There are some games there that aren't worth the 6 bucks. Just wanted Hell Yeah
Sell the 360 version, but they PC version. Zero net loss, but you gain the definitive version of Max Payne 3.
Huh?But what about other Asian countries like Ireland?
Which reminds me, I still need to get around to selling my X360 stuff.
But what about other Asian countries like Ireland?
too much work, I just gave away some, still have about 5 games left, I think, not accounting for XBLA stuff.
So...I should buy Shadowrun, right?
are you going to play it right away? if so, sure. If not, wait. It'll be cheaper down the line.
Just wondering how Sega is defining the region if it's just three countries being blocked. Konami was much more thorough in their definition of Asia.Huh?

this is old news right?
i always wanted to give nolf a fair shot
Dementium 2 75% off on GMG, plus the 20% voucher
You should go back to school and figure things out while focusing on just passing classes.taking the summer off from school to figure out life stuff but also to play a metric fuckton more games.
I'm really excited about being able to finally wrap up dark souls 2 without school burning a hole in my conscience.
Judging from eBay listings I should be able to get at least $200-$250. I'm not going to put the lot up on eBay, though: there's an alternative that's popular locally and, more importantly, completely free.

Ah, it's gone cheaper than the 66%? I might as well wait then. Thanks.

SEGA made sure that the restrictions to be added on every game store and every sale, not just set the lock and forgot about it. Hell, even SEGA's humble bundle is locked, have you seen any HB that has done something like that?Just wondering how Sega is defining the region if it's just three countries being blocked. Konami was much more thorough in their definition of Asia.
I'm not able to add the voucher when checking out.
Edit: Oh, I see, you need to spend $10 to get the voucher. Fuck that.
Oh for sure. I think in my haste to rattle something off quickly I didn't spend enough time putting forward a constructive argument.

That seems like a lot of effort to maintain a region lock. Why do they? Can it be circumvented in any way?
So apparently Ireland is a part of Asia now. I never knew.
Valve is just trying to bring the world together! So apparently Ireland is a part of Asia now. I never knew.

AtGames has the exclusive publishing rights(both for SEGA and Konami) to China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, don't know about Korea, the Japanese people got locked because their publishers like to screw with their own people. That seems like a lot of effort to maintain a region lock. Have you ever heard gaelic? Almost any word would sound right at home at any take-out place.
1 order of crab rangoon and a large order of saoirse ronan chicken, please.
I just can't get rid of games any more. I got rid of my dreamcast games when my console broke and regretted it instantly. Ended up buying everything again a few years later lol.

The problem is, AtGames is not so keen on publishing PC games, so it's either the region locked retail version or nothing, and a lot of times the games don't get published at all.
So the only ways to get region free copies are VPNs and gifts.
I doubt there will be any real region free keys in the future. SEGA made sure they can't be redeemed within locked regions with Rome 2, which I got it through a trader. So you can still play them, just not buy them? Can you redeem region-free keys as well?
OK Velvet assassin keeps crashing on me, what is up with that? Anyway to fix this?
