stellaris does look awesome, i'll pick it up sometime down the line for sure
i'm not big into esports outside of league but overwatch was definitely setting itself up to be my cs:go, so i hope it thrives as a competitive game since at least competitive league is so much fun to watch

See companies being silent can often lead to some cool surprises.
This age of leaks and finding about games early has spoiled all you kiddies. You just want information and spoilers all the dang time.
Matter of fact, I'ma spoil UC4 for you all right now;
the best part of my first 2 hours of playing UC4 was a 2 minute section.
I ain't kiddin' I played that game for 2 hours and only one single short section was the best part of it so far.

Reaper is lame but Zenyatta is great.

reality is a fuzzy, weird thing
i can't get why anyone would play zenyatta, his spells are so boring and he's so slow and unexciting. i guess his ult is ok but i never played him long enough to get it lol
reaper, idk, he's edgy mc edgelord with his edgy face and his free plays of the game of him pressing q and yelling edgy stuff. he's not awful but whenever we need offense i just play tracer since she's so much more fun
i've grown to love roadhog a ton, that hook is just super satisfying, and also symmetra who i thought was really boring at first, so i guess i could change my mind

I don't get it. Soldier76's ultimate is literally an aim bot. So many heroes in Overwatch have the ability to delete single or mutiple targets with the press of a button.
It is looking real pretty, yes.
I'm also happy because it seems like amazon fucked up and got it for free XD

I started Danganronpa 2 (finally) and completed the first chapter. The game definitely feels slower than the first one at beginning. In the sense that there's a lot more dialogue to explain the basics and generally around conversations. Maybe it feels like that because of familiarity with basic game mechanics for the series... I don't know. I checked my save file once and after 4 hours played nothing of significance had happened in the game.
My bigger concern with the game is that Spike Chunsoft has made the trial mini games even more annoying than they were in the first game. This really blows my mind because I can't imagine why they would think people play Danganronpa for the gameplay instead of the story. One mini game from the first game comes back in this one and it's even worse than it was before. And a friend tells me there's worse to come.

You nailed it on the head. The game drags more than 1 in both of those ways. It's still worth playing and has it's moments. But overall the two things you just mentioned are it's biggest issue. For some the strong moments more than make up for it. But to me 1 was a lot better since the pacing never dragged along with the court room mini games.

Does look like an actual jump, so it's probably similar to what we got with Metro Redux in terms of graphical changes.

His heal is pure Showtime Rotisserie: set it and forget it!
The debuff is borderline OP. Press it just before you start spamming your attack and you can down people so fast it's ridiculous. With no cooldown, just put the orb on the next person. The killstreaks you get are exhilarating because you have to strafe just about the entire time to not get wrecked. People panic when their life starts dropping.
I can't argue that Tracer is fun as hell, though. Generally, the only characters I don't like (mostly because I suck with them) are the heavies and the builders. I like the Butcher / Pudge guy, but beyond that, I think I play too aggressively for big people.
He's a pure ganker who requires map awareness. Mostly health spawns. I think he's pretty noob friendly due to the escape and high damage, but people that are good with him make him seem inordinately strong.
No lameness detected.
I've gotten some pretty meh drops, but an alright amount of coin. I guess I'm neutral on the reset.

i play overwatch the same way i play league, i just play whoever's fun
i like champions that have varied ways of using their abilities, so mobility and "skillshots" are usually my thing. zenyatta has neither of those, you just click on bad dude and shoot, or click on good dude and don't look back. his ult is really interesting but the base experience of playing him is really monotone for me
all my most played champions (tracer, d.va, reinhardt, symmetra, pharah, roadhog) have abilities like that
also they have to have fun personalities and visual designs and reaper feels kind of a joke character because of how ridiculously edgy he is.

I guess buying the bundle for the DI remasters doesn't include the retro spinoff thing for free...with that loyalty discount it's basically taking off a little over a dollar ($9.78 instead of $11.00 for the 3 things separately)

Sen's Fortress is a fantastic place for fans of AD&D-style puzzle dungeons.
I never much liked those.
I think I'll be happier once I'm looking at the rolling boulders, swinging blades, and concealed floor plates in the rearview. Love the design of the snake-men, though. They're like something out of a Ray Harryhausen movie.
The area design and overall aesthetic really does make me wonder if some of the design team were into tabletop RPGs.

i think it's almost guaranteed that they drew inspiration from that kind of stuff
and sen's, well, it's kind of hell but i love it, everything about it is avoidable if you're careful and it's just so silly, the giant boulders and the swings and the elevator ride into spikes and the snakeman and whatnot. it's kind of ridiculous but in a way i like a lot
anyways, you've got some good stuff coming ur way
The first one had a cool teaser trailer. That's all I can say about this whole franchise.
