Yeah, it's has been locked ever since Microsoft implemented SSA keys. You can get around it by setting your country to something they support, but Steam will still hide it from you.

Agreed, there are many "main" reasons why GFWL is a piece of shit. This one is the most important to me as it stops me from getting the games

For those looking at Rollercoaster Tycoon 3, know that it's a poorly optimized game. I have lots of nostalgia for it, but there's no denying that it stutters a lot when the park is very developed.

Yeah 0.6 for the older ones and 0.8 for underworld. Looks like a fixed error now.
