Alternatively, make a copy token of it. 2 legendaries of the same name is not allowed but in this case the card is sent to the graveyard.

Also, it costs 15 mana to play. Of course there are ways to boost mana, but the way to beat a card like this in general is to beat the player before he builds up enough mana to play the thing.
