I don't know anything in the roguelike category, but I voted for that because it didn't have Goat Simulator.
Hopefully save someone a few pennies. Should all be unused.

It's cheaper to buy the GOTY than it is to buy all the DLCs, so just do that if possible.

VPN is icky. I wouldn't even try it. It's sad, but in this case: it was only 1~2 Euro, so better let it be than risking losing the entire library, aye?

The general consensus from a quick Google and my own experience (activated a game by VPN months ago with no repercussions) is that you wont get banned.
Using a VPN to buy from foreign steam store on the toehr hand would get you banned probably.
Anyone?

Man, Ikaruga is tough! I've never played it before, despite having wanting to for years and only watching YouTube videos. I beat Arcade Mode, but on Easy with infinite continues. Now to learn how to play Chapter 1 properly!
That's one way to look at it. We'll call that "The crazy sort of bullshit logic that a videogame publisher exec wants you to follow."
The other way to look at it, from the point of view of a customer who is actually paying for these things, is to realize that at this point you're actively being punished for buying games early and at full price, so never do those things.

It's not bad at all, only don't buy Fallen Enchantress! buy FE: Legendary Heroes! And you can forget dlcs, they never go on sale or even if they go they are still too expensive.
