...
The young soldier hopes this will bring an end to the Miasma.

The foul stench of Hoshigami still infects my PSone games, but still I have to give this a whirl regardless

Hoshigami rocks, so underappreciated and misunderstood.
Well, it WAS an N64 game.rainer516 said:Didn't Superman 64 have a killer mist/fog too ?

shame. cos it's good. unlike some games that are in the process of being localized by certain GAF posters that i could mention but won't. ^_____________^Sho Nuff said:

well, i've played it. they really are pretty mediocre. it's an effect of a total lack of direction, really. you can tell the actors are just sitting there reading them off paper with no input from anyone. some of the people are OK, some of the people are bad. but nobody is actively good. it doesn't ruin the game or anything, but.. meh.Brandon F said:Ya know ANY voice direction sounds goofy when placed against static charicature cutouts, especially the ones portrayed in that sample vid. The slight load pauses between exchanges is also an added awkward bonus.
Agreed.Shouta said:Hoshigami rocks, so underappreciated and misunderstood.

with non-cinematic presentation, i'd never want that. i'd hate to have to sit through all of the spoken dialogue, even if the acting were super good.Ristamar said:Why the fuck do RPGs require a button press between sentences when the same character is speaking, even continuing the same thought?!? Ugh. If the voice acting is enabled there shouldn't even be a break waiting for a button press, it should be one smooth conversation with optional scrolling text. What a waste...
