I don't really think they're that hard to find anymore. Best Buy had about 10 when I was there, as did target and wal mart. I think shipments are catching up to demand finally. Especially since Xmas is over.

Maybe not for people in bigger cities, though.

Well, that's the thing, some places they're still very hard to get. I'm sure outlying areas especially don't have any. The Pokémon Center will ship it right to your door though and they're reliable. I've gotten a lot of stuff through their web site including a Torchic Orange GBA SP.

Saw 5 at Future Shop yesterday...man they're too expensive.

Don't think they're too rare now...I haven't seen any real shortages post-Christmas.
