Just finished episode 4
Man, can we get more shows with short seasons? The pacing in this is great.
either the kid is a good actor or he was legit spooked when he held that rifle in the first episode.
HugeWas just about to say this, finishing ep4 myself, we full onnow, im nerding outalternate dimensions
HugeMist vibes with sending the guy into the otherworldly environment on a cable
I'm one of the first to gripe about modern movies and tv show set in the 80s that DON'T feel anything like how the 80s REALLY were. This one has the feel down in SPADES. Hell, a LOT of the characters look straight out of the early 80s(especially the background ones,). And considering it takes place the same year as X-Men Apocalypse... Stranger Things' depiction of the 80s just seems and feels more genuine.Just started episode 4, this show is pretty amazing. The nostalgia is real thanks to all of the 80s movies my dad made me watch as a kid. I mean, it really captures the spirit of something like ET while being its own thing.
Edit: Also, wow, the emotion feels so authentic. I had tears as during some of the scenes with Ryder.
It's more high PG 13. Some things might seem scary to kidsIs this pretty all ages friendly? Any sex, extreme violence, dead people or animals I should know about?
2 episodes in! Loving this so hard. These kid actors man, really fucking good! That ending in Ep 2! Can't wait to see what happens.
Yeah the child actors in these are really good.
Finished episode 3. Wow... This is special.
Episode 2:My first thought when they all jump into/get pushed into the pool was "oh my god, what about their cell phones?!"
