I expect to see a ton of posts like this but for all intents and purposes it is exclusive. Yes they tossed PC owners a bone but it doesn't matter at all. PC will sell less than a fraction of the Console version. Also where it really counts looking for competitive matches and at EVO it will be all but exclusive. No one is going to try to learn how to play the game with mouse and keyboard or any controller outside of a DS4 as that is what will be used at tournaments unless people bring fightsticks. (which most competitive players do.)

This is a huge get.

So let's call it PC exclusive then.
Is Dead Rising 3 still exclusive? What about Valkyria Chronicles?

if Sony funded the project, yes. Swing its on PC as well, I think it will eventually release on x1. I think this was the answer back to the TR deal for next holiday season. Both games timed release.

I can use every fightstick I own on the PC version. I'd have to spend 300-400 bucks on PS4 to get the same compatibility.

But seriously some folks are concerned about no arcade release. It might reduce Japanese competition and raises flags about initial balance.
Most expect the revision (i.e. Super / Turbo) will be platform agnostic.

You've got that slightly wrong. A guy in the other thread said they spoke w/ a Capcom employee who said it's a full-on exclusive, and Bish verified it.

XBO will eventually get a Champion or Super edition, in a year or so from the time of V's release, but V is strictly PS4 + PC.

And for people questioning why it's on PC if it's full exclusive, need I mention TitanFall? Same deal; MS helps fund the game, makes it console-ecosystem exclusive, doesn't see PC as a direct competitor so releases there. This is much more like the TitanFall thing, not RotTR situation.

FFVII and Parappa were mentioned in the same ad. They might not necessarily be announcing them all tomorrow, but damn the signs are looking good.

They're gonna get such a purr out of this kitty-cat if they also bring back Tomba.
