People were talking mess about Mika's cr.hp earlier, but I feel like it's actually weirdly useful. It's -5 on block, so implementing it in block strings is risky, but I feel that because the attack is pretty unorthodox, it catches opponents doing certain things that other attacks wouldn't.

Yeah, he plays like Honda more than T. Hawk. Very reaction-based character. Alioune really likes him, thinks he was the most well-rounded of the second wave of 6.

I think Bison is the worst followed by R.Mika. Their normals are great and beat out most of his imo. The others I have an okay time with and I do well against Rashid and Karin. Only wished Necalli's normals were just a bit better and I'd be fine with him.

That's not a true blockstring. There's like a 4 or 5 frame gap that people can easily mash in between.

Yea, not a fan of the netcode so far. When it's good, it's great. But when it lags, the teleporting shenanigans are worse then what I experience in USF4.

I have no idea what I'm doing with Nash. His pokes are pretty solid (though I'm lost against characters that play that range better), and frame traps into sonic boom or qcf kick seem to work pretty well, but I have no clue how to use any of his gimmicks. The teleport and the V-skill are a bit out of my reach atm.

I really like Chun. A few nerfs and a few buffs, but mostly the same overall. Solid.
One change that I love...they made it so that stomp only comes out when you PRESS down, not when you hold it. This was always messing with me in the previous build, when I tried to charge down in midair and hit jumping MK...instead of jump MK, I used to always get stomp.
Now I actually get jump MK, like I wanted.
Also, her instant air legs are still in the game. I know she was rumoured to have lost them...NOPE. They're still here, thankfully!

After i switched my favorite stage in the settings to china i started getting a lot more matches there.
I think this beta factors in each persons favorite stage and randomly selects one. You see waterfall a lot because the beta defaults that as your favorite

I believe that's a glitch. When I looked up my own position in the rankings, it listed me as a Nash user, too.
I'm not a Nash user.

That explains it then. I was shocked.
Picking a different favorite stage helps but it isn't guaranteed. I'm assuming they just randomly choose what favorite stage to play from the two player's options.

Definitely one of her harder MUs in this phase.
That's on you rather than the Ken players. Stop hitting buttons when they're at advantage.

This is what kills me right now. I've had some trouble getting use to the flow of a match vs Ken, Necalli and Karin. Need more match time so I can learn.
