I think the reception for that wasn't so good plus now we have daily challenges.

What do you mean the reception for that wasn't so good? I'll take 100 FM over 50 FM any day.

I've gotten 400k+ FM from winning matches; I hadn't heard any complaints for it when it happened, and I'd welcome it with open arms again.

They need to increase the amount of fight money you get period. The shit is terrible. Even double FM felt like it was barely shit.

Yeah, increasing the standard amount would only give more incentive for people to play more, which would be a good thing. Not too much that they won't get the revenue they seek for the extra stuff, but 50 is awful. 100 would be much better.

You should check SF Facebook page when they did the double money lol it was full of complaints but ya i agree 100 is better than 50 any day also they should do something about the fight money maybe increase the money you get from winning matches depending on your league like

50 for rookies
60 bronze
70 silver
80 gold
100 platinum
150 diamond
200 master
..... Etc

This way more people will be encouraged to play and the spammers who keep their system on to get Money will never get anything.

I disagree with this, same reason I disagree with giving more experience if you play against higher ranked players. The system should encourage more frequent play, not necessarily good play. The whole only getting FM from a match if you win is bad enough but this is a little too much imo.

It's simply not fun for most people to bang their head against a game like this with so much competition out there that lets you learn the ropes while your teammates handle the rest.

I (probably) wouldn't touch it, but a 2v2 tag team mode for SFV could do way more to attract players than an Arcade mode could ever do at this point in time.

There problem with awarding fm to everyone after the match is you will get more of the afk spammers.

Agreed. FM for winning only is just one more thing that drives less commited folks from the game. The amount you get for winning is already miniscule as it is. You shoud be getting FM for just logging in daily and playing a match. This is a super common thing across alot of F2P games to encourage people to keep coming back because they are very aware people can easily take their time and money and spend it on another games that reward their time more.

Is there any reason why they're removing it? This is the dumbest thing I've seen to handle dlc.

Different stuff for different seasons. Next CPT will prob have different costumes do different characters. Halloween stuff will prob always come back around that time of year.

It isn't really something new, and capcom certainly didn't invent it.

GGs Flux. Not gonna lie, your playstyle w/ those throws put me on major tilt after a while lol.

GGs. Yeah, that'd be one of the main weaknesses you'd need to work on, if just by abusing the jump back OS.

Though, in general, Mika's given me some good "knowing when to throw" experience, and Balrog taught me the ability to shimmy, so I've gotten better for that part in my playstyle.
 
I dunno, the FM is fine as it is considering you get FM for tons of shit across the board. With the dailies sometimes being 5000FM or 10,000FM depending on the week, it's not hard to rack up a bunch if you participate in everything else. That's not including leveling up characters and the like.

That being said, I think people should get half for losses or something good like that, as an incentive. Most casual gamers would stick around for that reason alone.

As said above, I don't agree with awarding losers with FM because that alone would ravage matchmaking with people like Ossiel who just go on standby. Maybe that could be applied just to Ranked and not Casual.
 
Maybe they could implement some sort of anti lk-turbo system? If a character is doing literally nothing but pressing lk for 20 seconds then that person is immediately given a loss and prevented from matchmaking for 20 hours.

This would require actual work from Capcom though.

Hmm maybe they should come up with something for boosters, knowing capcom their algorithm will probably be fucked at launch and it will ban DP spammers too. Ok I'm on board now.

I've noticed that they can make the game lag, too. Probably the crazy amount of inputs. The NPCs on Guile's stage (my stage) go nuts when I meet a lk spammer. Looks really buggy.

Can't wait for Akuma, having him there day 1 would have annoyed me but now I look forward to seeing him again and I have the fight money for it.

whenever you do a block string or are post tech/a single poke watch for it and be ready to call it out with a sweep.

Holy Crap, I didn't know you could change the character costumes for the General Story Mode cutscenes.

Now I want to watch all the cutscenes with everyone wearing their dumb battle costumes now lol

Or Necalli with the werewolf costume.

The FM struggle is real.

It was way worse before.
