Maybe try matchmaking after the CFN update at the end of the month. Or try matching up with other gaffers. Not sure if there are in other solutions at the moment .

How does teching work in KI?

It's the same but whiffing a throw has a MUCH longer animation so neutral jumping/backdashing a throw is much more punishing.

Also you can't quickrise from a throw, it's always a hard knockdown. And some characters can also combo off their throws which leads to a whole new dynamic sometimes.

As such "taking a throw" is actually preferable at times. Not always however.

Yup it was solid and pretty reactable. The distance means it's never going to be perfect but it was still pretty good taking that into account.
