I think it may have been one of those dreaded server matches and not a p2p match but I'm not sure.

Agreed some of those ibuki mixups were really insane. Loved when you used the overhead mid combo to reset.

Buki's the one I've practiced the most, but I'm terrible at using V-trigger. Need to work on some more control too

Third times the charm. Every time I get close to Ultra Platinum is a South American player who's Mika's Cr.HP because Neutral on block with 5 Frames of Recovery. Or a Karin who's Rassenha because -2 on block. Why is Flux the only one form Canada who's connection wasn't all over the place? And this Vega player from Mexico who can random at times with his connection.

We can try again tomorrow if you want. I feel like something funky was going on, I've had a rare occasion or two where I had a laggy match like that in a lounge against people that I play with regularly and with a very good connection.
And believe me guys, FANG is a lot less scary if you have an invincible reversal and/or a 3-frame light.

IPW stream has Vampire Savior...
China, The Beach, and fucking Casino are always super laggy for me. And speaking of lag/rollback, anyone else have the "I dizzy someone and it starts getting really choppy" problem?
It's not 100% of the time, but it happens a lot. And I don't think it's the person I'm fighting alt tabbing or whatever. I swear it's something with the dizzy animation fucking up the sync.

It's not the dizzy animation, it's your opponent mashing every button to try and remove the stun early and the game's netcode can't handle so much input (apparently?)
That's a problem that's very widespread online.
