GGs. Your Chun's still pretty good; fighting you is how I learned a lot about playing footsies in the past.

My Birdie still needs a lot of work. I shouldn't have to constantly be playing from the corner like that.

Not to mention you can't expect to teach people who don't game at all how to play MOBA games, fighting games got lower learning barrier.

SFV also has very short rounds, compared to other E-sport games, which is useful given the format of the challenge.

I reached the 1 Million FM and I didn't even do the Survival Mode shit besides Easy Mode and like three Normal Mode runs. Must be the ELeague stuff.

Yipes and Lee Chung are great. I enjoy their commentary on NLBC. Eli The Curry is pretty good, too. I'm glad they have him on now [when he attends the event].

thanks for that. Yeah the birdie was looking kinda shaky, usually i dont get away with alot of corner pressure and tick throws against you.

This is like saying, "I thought Nash was garbage tier" in response to Bonchan's results. Are you saying that Nash is a top character based on his performance?

I don't recall anyone saying Mika was garbage tier. She's not bad; probably around upper mid tier. But people who say things like this can't disassociate players from their characters.

Of all players, Luffy is abandoning Mika. It's not "being dramatic," NuckleDu isn't playing her anymore, and is messing around with Birdie as a replacement. it is a very real truth that Mika got hit hard by nerfs. In ways that make it very hard to keep up with most of the SFV cast if you don't have godlike reactions or footsies like a Fuudo or a Luffy. And if you have those two things, there are characters in the roster who do what Mika does, but better, so it can even be seen as a handicap for players who really are at the top of their game.

Not all players can use all characters interchangeably. That whole "there are other characters who do what X does, but better" argument sounds good in theory, but doesn't always translate to reality.

Otherwise, Infiltration would be bodying everyone with Karin like Punk is.

It's very possible that Fuudo wouldn't be doing as well with other characters as he is with Mika.
