There's a Tech Support thread if you don't figure it out. My suggestion would be to try using Google's DNS instead of whatever your router or ISP defaulted to. 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 are the IP addresses to use.

What's up with the hostility towards people's choice of food? Ketchup on a hot dog or mac and cheese, pineapple on a pizza, whatever. If you're not eating it or cooking/preparing it, what does it actually matter to you?
My place of employment blocks non-job-related sites, somehow, and I'd like to be able to reach Netflix there. Is there any way to get through or around such blocks?
I work 12x2 hours every other weekend, and sometimes night shifts, and there's literally nothing to do for hours on end fairly often. So it's not about slacking off and not working. Facebook and gaf is not blocked, but gaming sites like kotaku and ign are, so the block is a bit weird.

How many wallets could I make with one roll of duct tape? How much duct tape does it take to make a wallet? I'm considering doing it as a project with a bunch of kids but I don't want to pay for 30 rolls of duct tape.

Assuming 50m rolls, that's 16 wallets to a roll.

I'd save money and just design/develop some awesome games and read design books. Email around to studios and ask what their requirements are, degree-wise. A non-gaming specific degree will probably serve you better in case you want to leave the horrible games industry someday.

Is there any service or website that lets you search the catalog of all streaming sites together (Amazon/Netflix/Hulu/etc)?
Like if I want to watch a movie but don't want to have to go to each site individually to search and see if they have it.

I don't understand how spacetime with its theoretical quantum foam can be a flat surface, or perceived to be as if you were on top of a large balloon, if the universe, observable and whole, is spherical. Planets are clearly at different Y coordinates in our perceived 3D world view, so how can they all affect and curve the same flat material we call spacetime?

I got my 4s battery replaced at a local shop. My battery went down to 90% after 15 min of gps usage. Is that normal or did I get ripped off?

In my experience, GPS is right up there with screen brightness as #1 battery killer. That said, 10% in 15min on a brand new battery seems a little extreme. It's very possible they used a lower rated mAh battery than your previous one to save some money.

For the last five days my wife and I suddenly have no service at home or in our neighborhood for our phones. Straight Talk says there is "only" a moderate AT&T signal and that we need new SIM cards. They're sending us both new SIM cards. Is it possible this will fix the problem?
Could be. What was the signap like before?
Signal was amazing before. But when we leave the area it gets better. Today I'm at work and it's great.

Can you bring your own device? Your phone (or a tablet) on an LTE network is the only way, and you'll be using your own data. And data is likely the reason your SysAdmin blocked streaming sites.
They might get irritated and red, but if you put them in right, they shouldn't fall out. But I am no expert.
Based on the fact your phone works fine in other places, I really doubt a new SIM will help. It's a matter of cell tower signals/coverage. I also have StraightTalk and I get terrible service at home, as well (maybe it's something in the walls?) but most cities, I get excellent service. There are services like T-Mobile that we can't get here because the towers do not carry Sprint or something. It's more of a network thing, not sure why they are sending you new SIMs. Worth a try though, I guess. Maybe they are magic. Let me know how this turns out, 'cause I will be getting a new SIM if it does work! =D

I used a program to hide my porn on my pc, but I formatted it and now I don't remember which program I used... and the folder is locked (on another partition). How can I get access to it again? :|
Why would you lock it in the first place :lol Have you tried googling for locking programs? That's all I can think of, going through the common programs and see if you recognize it.
Always keep an install exe of all your programs in a folder somewhere

A lot of people get the quote wrong either intentionally or not for comedic purposes, but it's "he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now."
In a nutshell, because of the events of The Dark Knight, Batman willingly turned himself into a scapegoat for all of Dent's killings because he and Gordon knew that that's what was needed. Batman's selfless act is one of the reasons Gordon believes that Gotham deserves Batman. You have to remember that Joker's plan was for the city to descend into chaos, with a backup plan of corrupting Harvey Dent. And if the public knew that Dent was behind a bunch of murders, especially after trying so hard to clean up the city, then things would go to shit.

I see. So when the phrase is used in a non-Batman setting, it usually indicates some kind of benevolent deceptive scapegoat-ism like that? In the example of the post above, the poster is saying that Trump is doing something similar (deliberately or otherwise) by unifying people to some extent because everyone hates him, if I'm understanding it. Maybe The Boss in MGS3 would qualify too?

For some reason, when I'm playing my PS4...a significant portion of the screen gets cut off whenever I play select games in HD (not in 480p, which works fine)? Google tells me this is most likely because my television is in "Overscan Mode" but I can't find a way to turn it off on my TV.
Basically, I'm asking a technical question out of sheer desperation that I'm sure absoloutely no-one here will know the answer to. But like I said, I'm getting desperate. Bought a copy of No Man's Sky today but my TV is just cutting off too much off the screen for me to play it properly. If anyone CAN help me, they may choose to wed one of my nine most beautiful daughters, in addition to a payment of up to one million Republic Credits to the bank account of their choosing.

In the US, why isn't tax included in the sticker price?
A couple of times I've been in the states on holiday (specifically, Florida) and noticed that my bill was higher than I expected because tax had been applied and wasn't included on the sticker - but in Europe, it's all factored in to the sticker price so you know exactly how much you're paying.
