I just searched for anime in meetup.

Not a single group or meetup near me that does swaps or anything like that.

I find it hard to believe that there's not a single anime club in a city as populated as NYC. I'm going to see if I can find one.

It is something that is gradually getting better with time. Luckily male dominated fields are becoming more accepting and inclusive of us ladies.
