Like there's never been any emails or notices to be cautious at night around here due to possible danger. Most of the time im sure it's just the roving bands of kids who never sleep just being loud. But at a distance it sounds scary.

Maybe. They are definitely not for everyone. ATLUS really streamlined the combat for P3 and P4. Play P1 first tho.

I learned that it actually wasn't horribly localized. They did it because a dumb law where you can't have real people, dead or alive, portrayed in fiction. He's like that apparently on the JP version too.

From the Wiki:
