I've never seen the sub but the dub is fantastic. I'd recommend it.

With Bebop I don't think you can really go wrong, I don't remember it being particularly bad dubbed.

You should watch Trigun if you're looking for that kind of old anime.

Usually the rule of thumb is always watch with subs but Bebop is an exception.

Watch it dubbed and enjoy Steve Blum's glorious voice.
