Is it residue or dead skin? Try lotion, it should make skin a little more smooth and moisten it up so it comes off.

I'm pretty sure it's residue. It's black and I can still feel some of the stickiness. I'll try lotion when I get home from school. Lucky for me I don't have to be there today until 9:50. Sucks they shut off the wifi for a couple of days, though.

Yeah that sucks, still give it a shot, if anything it'll loosen it up, others thens that might work is just letting a wet cloth sit on it for a few hours. Anything to soften it up so it would come off.

I actually remember finding a Mechwarrior 2 CD a while back and trying to install the game on my PC. I was not successful. I think the CD might have been scratched, but it probably wouldn't have worked either way.

Vanilla Mechwarrior 2 is kinda bland, Mercs was the shit. They're definitely not games meant to be watched though.
