Kushina was a Jinchuuriki when Naruto was conceived and born, so Naruto had the whisker markings implying there is some influence, but really the one thing they've said about Naruto in terms of what he inherently has is that he had an abnormally huge amount of Chakra to begin with (Which is why he was a good host for a tailed beast), the fact he could make 100 clones was something he was born with, the fact he could ramp that up to 1000+ was because of the Kyuubi.
Even more absurd was the fact that since Naruto is stupid, he didn't have the same efficiency that Sakura or Sasuke had, they both could make multiple shadow clones (Sakura going up to as high as 4 or 5) with the amount of Chakra Naruto used to make 1.
So I think Bolt is probably going to have that same crazy endurance Naruto has, but he has the freedom to utilize it much better since most of it isn't being used up just to keep a seal strong. That and he won't go into a frenzy when he gets upset because of the Kyuubi.
