So how can we activate the ghost trail in edit mode, again?

You could buy it today, then return Amazon's sealed copy to the retailer.
No, just put down a ? block without putting anything in it.Is it possible to put a single coin in a brick block? Also, can you input the 4 number codes from the booklet anywhere in the game? Can't find it.
Is it just me or do some of the enemies in NSMB mode have some kinda strange 30 fps thing going on?

Mixed some ideas in this one. Kinda a troll, but I hope at least one person besides me can clear it

Drag out the ? block and don't put anything in it. Voila, a single coin when hit!
Also it does not tell you how to do it. You have to drag your character in a pipe. It's something you unlock.
You have to unlock it. It's a small mario next to S on the bottom of your screen.
Another one of those 'unlock' features.
OP should probably add that Mario Trail and Warp Pipe are stuffs to be unlocked.
This game might just have the greatest digital manual I've ever seen. I wish more games out this much effort in.
wbwhahahhahahahahahahahaha fantastic really loved the editing hilarious very well done love it!What I've wanted to do for the longest time since this game was announced is make a level based on the "microwave hallway" from Metal Gear Solid 4. Just mash a button over and over in desperation to win.
Here's my preliminary version of that concept that I put together last night:

Now that I've unlocked stuff like autoscrolling I could definitely improve on it, but I'm happy I was finally able to make this. Almost like a sweet release.
If you wanna play "microwave 1.0," here's the code thing: E0C6-0000-0012-CA64
It's not just you, the animations do indeed run at 30fps. It's very weird.

That's wacky and I hope it gets patched.
NSMB series has been 60FPS since the Wii one.
Why thank you. I tried.Evil
Weren't the animations in NSMBU 30 fps too? Might be wrong
imo, it's way easier to just put in one code for a level gaffer xy made, follow him, and then you'll always have an index of that user's levels right there, in the game, easily accessible
If every game had digital manuals this good then I wouldn't even care about the demise of physical bookletsThis game might just have the greatest digital manual I've ever seen. I wish more games put this much effort in.
I'm sticking to making simple filler levels for now, nothing demanding or novel, just Mario-y stuff. The starter palette just makes anything I do feel samey. Also I guess it's needed to counterbalance the gimmicky BS that permeates the level selection right now.
I stood in front of the shelf for quite a while before deciding to get the game without the amiibo. No discount to the bundle and I didn't like the figurine. Was tempted to pick up a Sonic amiibo instead for the morph mushroom.
Just came back from the store. My pixel body is ready:
I also got this hat as a freebie hah:
Looot's of people buying SMM at the store. It was so nice to see :')
Is there anything in the game to incentivize exploration like Star Coins?
where is the review thread?
How can you change the hand type for edit mode?
