bought the stick day 1 when it was released in 2008/2009 i think=?
what is a PCB? the circuit board?
thanks a lot for the response!
i have two more questions:
brook?
fc4?
my father has stuff to solder, i want an option to use the stick with as many systems as possible...
iam able to pull some parrys, but how much would be 1 frame of lag? if there is a way, i want to have no lag at all, even if iam not really a pro or something...
oh and where do you guys buy your stuff? especially regarding the mentioned problems...
oh and if i want buttons with light, do i need to mod the circuit board, since additional current is neccessary or is the USB-port sufficient enough?
1. Yes. I usually refer the circuit board as the PCB.
2a. Brook is a Taiwanese company that makes converters for last gen usb controllers to current gen consoles.
For example, there is the Xbox 360 to ps4 converter:
http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/brook-super-converters/1677-xbox-360-to-ps4-super-converter.html
I never used a converter. So I can not offer more detail than I offered before.
They have also made two pcbs.
One is for ps3/ ps4:

Other is a five console pcb PS3/ PS4/ Xbox360/ Xbox One/ PC:

I have these pcbs in 5 sticks. They are simple to install and since you are using the stick, all you have to do is just cut some wires and just attached them to the terminal. Also you can replaced the USB cable with a new longer printer cable or solder to old cable to the pcb. I'll be willing to offer a picture diagram of the pcb, I'd you need one.
2b. FC4: Hori Fighting Commander 4:

I used these to as padhacks for dual modding with madcatz 360 pcbs. Used a dpdt switch to switch the D-(white wire in the USB cable) and the D+ (green wire in the USB cable) between the ps4 PCB and the Xbox 360 pcb to the usb cable. Soldered wires to each pcb's corresponding input; Square to X, Trainagle to Y, Circle to B, X to A, etc. Also connected the Ground and the 5v points together with wires. If you go down this route, I could offer assistance with a more visual guide to the best of my ability.
3. I get my stuff from many places:
Paradise Arcade
Focus Attack
Jensen Custom Creations
Arcade Sjock
Art Hobbies ( All stick art and plexi glass stuff)
The first four pretty much have the same stuff.
4. I think you are asking about LEDs. You need a addition pcb for light buttons. Only one I can think of is this:
http://www.jasenscustoms.com/Kaimana-Khameleon_p_59.html Also you will need led pieces for each buttons. I have to idea where to find them. I was lucky enough to buy a VS stick with a old kaimana pcb and led pieces.
If anything looked off, my bad. I was on mobile when I wrote this post and I'm tired as hell.
