I would actually be down for them replacing Jiggs with Wigglytuff as long as the moveset was an evolution of Jigglypuff's and not a 100% new one.
Either way her final smash needs to be replaced with Moonblast.

The foliage makes me think of the Sylvans Konami introduced in Legacy of the Valiant.
Admittedly Pokemon has used this art style for considerably longer, but I was playing Sylvans recently so it seemed a little uncanny.
On an unrelated note, Marshalleaf goes for $20 a copy.

For Jiggly this time they could let it to be more effective against dragon/dinosaur/reptilian characters, such as Bowser and Yoshi, to advertise the new fairy type. Ever since Brawl released it seems like half the smash players assume the cuts were the start of some sort of pattern. Lucario replaced Mewtwo so someone has to replace Lucario. I mean really? People who actually looked through the unfinished data and read about the development history would see characters like Dr. Mario, Roy and Mewtwo were intended to be in brawl. If anything got in their way it was almost certainly Sonic. I just want to drop kick people who think Mewtwo was taken out because of no empty slots in the line up.
Lucas, Wolf, Ike, Toon Link, Lucario and ROB are or were constantly looked over as the least likely to return. They are the Jiigglypuff, G&W and Ice Climbers of Smash 4. Everyone just assumes they'll be gone because they aren't that popular in someone's personal circle of friends.
When Toon Link and Lucario were announced you can bet I was the first one going I told you so! And when Ike, ROB, Lucas and Wolf make it back I'll surely rub it in the face of the haters.

I totally get that their puns. But they really could have been more creative with it. "For Nintendo 3DS" and "For Wii U" sound like the original pitches, not what should be shipping.

I hope someone finds a way to get the Wii U Pro Controller to work in Project M/Wii Mode.
I gotta get practice for SSB4 on the new Pro controller and the only way you can do that atm is via PC and Dolphin.
I also hope they do make a Wii U GC controller cause I feel like I'm gonna break my Pro Controllers once Smash comes out.
Once you go ham, GC controllers break one by one and I'm scared for my Pro controllers.
Undoubtedly, the Pro Controller has better lay out and placements and I love having the analogs up on top. I can use the C-Stick easier and get those last minute b-airs/spikes. It's just durability that's the problem. The GC controller had a great build but suffered from sticky buttons and Analogs/Control Sticks wearing down quickly.
I know there's the Mayflash adapter, but you can't really rely on that with hardware failures and input lag/button delay.
For 3DS, I think the Circle Pad Pro XL is pretty comfortable and the circle pads aren't that bad. We just need an easy way to replace them.

This is one of the biggest things I've been concerned about. I haven't picked up a wii u pro controller yet but will be getting 2 or 3 for smash because I don't want to wear out my wind waker gamepad. I was wondering if they felt like they would be durable and reliably built with Nintendium or if they felt a little cheaper than your typical Nintendo controller?

I'd only miss Lucas, really, and that's only because I like the Mother series so much... it's not like I mained him, and I was much better with Ness anyway.
But yeah, if it was my choice and it was feasible I'd like no one to be cut, only so fans of every veteran are happy. And maybe that's what will happen! But I seriously doubt it because that would make for an incredibly bloated roster including newcomers.
I will happily, HAPPILY eat crow if Ike, Lucas, Wolf, or Snake are revealed, though!

Anyways, I hope a Direct is due soon, we really need some gameplay and hopefully some more from the 3DS game. If they released two separate trailers, I'd be very happy.

Exactly! I'll never understand people who actively hope for characters to be cut and for fans of those characters to be disappointed. It's unnecessary, mean-spirited, and useless.
Sure, I have characters in mind who I personally wouldn't miss if they HAVE to be cut, but do I want them cut? Hell no! Ideally, no one has to be disappointed.
You don't say. This is one of the worst fakes so far.

Agreed! It is like wanting certain characters to not be added to SSB4 just because you don't care about said character and/or the series he or she is originated from. I mean, for example, I never played The Wonderful 101, but I wouldn't be against Wonder Red being a newcomer in the upcoming Smash game. And even if I was against it, I'd rather save that for me, instead of shitting on the people who wants him to be in the game.

I actually feared this aswell, im thinking best case scenerario they reveal them both, diddy kong and newcomer in a ND, or they reveal diddy kong in a random daily pic then whatever days before or after the hypothetical ND reveal a newcomer.
Ofcourse theres always the very likely chance didy kong or even a newcomer which everyone thinks dixie is likely will be revealed for DK tropical freeze and sakurai could show nothing at all for it.

Coming up with a moveset for a MH would be easy, given all the different weapons from the series but the design of the character would just be ... ???? Who knows. Maybe they just give them different armour sets as alt. colours or something.
