Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U Thread 5: Yarning for Yoshi

Why are all of Lucarios moves NOTHING.

"Pic of the day. A cool-looking dog distorting space in a boxing ring...Occasionally, the Super Smash Bros. series really makes me confused about what I'm creating".

Double Team rules.

Back during the Red/Blue days I had a Mewtwo with Double Team, Toxic, Rest, Psychic and friends got so mad at me that they could never hit me.

Double Team looks super pretty in this game. I really love all the visual effects they're giving moves this time around. I feel like playing as an old character with old moves will still feel new just because of all the pretty visual effects of awesome.

To be honest I was always fond of Double Team. It always felt special and extra-cool in terms of counter moves because of how it worked. Even if Double Team in the actual Pokemon games is probably the single worst move ever conceived by anyone.

It looks like Lucario is shielding during a grounded Double Team, which would actually be a pretty interesting buff for a counter move.

Double Team is one of the most obvious moves in Brawl, so whenever my brother tries to use it against my Marth, he usually ends up getting punished. Heck, I've even dodged the actual counter attack when I fall for it; it's a really strange attack.

Pic of the day. You missed me, because you attacked my illusory copy from my Double Team move!

Should have been Sakurai's post.

In before all the "BAWWW COME ON SAKURAI WE KNOW LUCARIO'S IN THE GAME ALREADY, GOD" hate.

This is a great pic. Marth and especially Lucario (those eyes!) both look awesome here.

I can't wait to see Smash 4 in motion in HD at E3. Game's looking like it's going to be beautiful.

All these new effects really give the characters character. I crave more in game footage to see it all come together outside of stills though.

On the other hand (that looks cartoonishly big due to perspective), I've used Double Team to escape Final Smashes from characters like Link or Zelda. The reaction is always priceless in Link's case particularly, to see someone land the first blow, only for the attack to abruptly end because there's suddenly no one trapped for the rest of the attack.

What do you know?! Your favorite game is Sonic 06! ;)
liking sonic '06 at least gives him some intimate experience with neon-colored animal mascots

I really was just cracking a joke at anthony's expense a few hours ago, it wasn't intended as a serious personal attack, jeez.
